Our Returns & Exchanges Policy


Order Changes/Cancellations:

All orders placed through EXSENS-USA.com are processed immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.


Returns & Exchanges Policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with your EXSENS product, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the order date printed on your order packing slip.

  1. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or FedEx.
  2. Please be sure to include a copy of the packing slip with your return. 
  3. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used to make your purchase.
  4. For exchanges, replacement products will be shipped via standard ground shipping.
  5. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of returns and exchanges.

    Damages:

    If your item(s) arrived in damaged condition, please contact the EXSENS Customer Service Team to report damages within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
